Mays Home Builder is a family owned and operated business located in Columbus Ohio, specializing in Room Additions, Four Season Room, Pool House,  Garage, Porch, and Deck. We offer complete design, architectural plans and process city permit. Our team of highly skilled designers and master carpenters will work with you and your projects from start to finish. 

May Smith 

Architecture Designer/Estimator  

May received her Bachelors Degree in Architecture at The Ohio State University. After graduating in year 2012,  she  worked as a Construction Estimator and Architecture Designer for residential and commercial projects at a local Columbus firm. May has complex experience and can help with your project from design to finish.   

Chris Smith 
Project Manager/ Master Carpenter
Chris started working as a carpenter back in 2007 after leaving the army national guard. He has at least 10 years experience in  home remodeling including but not limited to building room additions, garages, and porches. He received his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at the Ohio State University. He is truly a hard working person "rain or shine".
